For some reason, shame, regret, remorse, and repose carry so much more weight than the honest and goodness that is created by the vast majority of our being. My mistakes are vast, there is no room for judgement in my container. No matter how good the coach (therapist, mentor, guru, etc), the likelihood of real change is minute if we are not ready to accept some responsibility in our own situations. I make my best effort to offer personalized coaching, I’ll meet you where you are to come to consensus, to find the spirit that is you. It is up to you entirely to dive in.
